At Yanaar.com, we take pride in delivering high-quality promotional services. Because our products are digital and begin processing shortly after purchase, all sales are final.

Warranty & Refill Policy
- All services come with a 4-month warranty from the date of delivery.
- If followers, likes, or views drop below the original delivered amount during the 4-month warranty period, we will refill the order once at no additional cost.
- Refill requests must be submitted through our support system.
- Refill eligibility is determined by comparing the delivered amount to the current amount on the same account.
- After the refill has been used or once the warranty period ends, no further refill action will be taken.

No Refunds Will Be Issued For
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Customer-side issues (e.g., private account, username change, blocked account).
- Delays caused by Instagram platform limits or updates.
- Failure to achieve specific results (e.g., engagement, verification, growth).
- Drops that occur after the 4-month warranty period or after the refill has been used.
- Orders delivered within a reasonable timeframe.
- Use of other services or tools that interfere with delivery.

Chargebacks and Disputes
Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support team first may result in the suspension of future service. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly — please reach out to us before escalating.

Refund Eligibility (Rare Cases Only)
Refunds may only be considered if:
- We fail to deliver the service at all.
- You have contacted us for resolution and support was unresponsive for more than 7 days.
In such cases, please contact us at yanaarstore@gmail.com and include your Order ID and details of the issue, or open a support ticket on our website.
